Write a critical analysis essay that compares and contrasts two organizations that you believe fit one of Morgan’s Metaphors.
Example: A paper that compares Delta Airlines (a machine type company) with Google (Organization as a Brain).
IMPORTANT: I will be grading you on your ability to explain why a particular organization fits into a given metaphor. I understand that a company or government entity can fit multiple metaphors, but your task is to make the argument as to why a specific metaphor is the best fit.
REQUIREMENTS
Your paper must be written in APA. This means a title page, double spacing, page numbers, in-text citations and a reference page. Your paper must have 5 pages of content. The title page and reference page do not count towards the page minimum. You must include 3 references. Wikipedia or an online encyclopedia may not be used. NO QUOTES are allowed in this assignment.
You are encouraged to write this paper in first person. Support your rationale citing sources (but do not directly quote them).
The two organizations you are comparing are entirely up to you. If one of them is your current employer, that is OK. If they are organizations you admire but have never worked at, that is OK too.
