A teacher, coach, coworker, boss, business owner, or friend may bring about discrimination. Many employment laws have been developed that provide guidance on how companies should address discrimination in the workplace. Because recruiters are often involved in hiring decisions, it is important to understand the important role that employment laws play in the hiring process.
