Use the SMART goal you formatted this week and the result of the Leadership Style Inventory at the end of the lesson to complete the Leadership Style Analysis assignment.
When complete, save and close the completed template. Click the Submit button at the top of this page to upload your completed assignment.
Using APA format, cite and reference ideas and information from scholarly sources from the Chamberlain library. Sources should be no more than five years old unless they are historical references.

Do you feel this result accurately reflects your leadership style? Why or why not?
How do you (or how will you) use this leadership style in the clinical practice environment? Give an example.
Section 3: SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Based) Goal

What was your leadership-related SMART goal from the lesson?
How does this goal help you grow as a professional nursing leader and contribute to your long-term career vision?
What barriers could present themselves in the achievement of this goal? How will you overcome them?
What milestones can you set to assess your progress in achieving this goal? What do the current sources say about milestones and goal setting?
