Opposing Annotated Bibliography

Topic Chosen: the effectiveness of transformational leadership over transactional leadership in driving organizational success. You will use the same topic that you selected in Week 1 for this annotated bibliography. If you want to change topics, you will need to contact your professor immediately so that your new topic can be approved. Continue your search in the institution library and find three peer-reviewed and full-text articles that oppose your stance and submit this bibliography below. (Non-credible sources, like newspapers, should not be used and will not count as one of the required sources. Try to use ProQuest: make sure to select full text and peer-reviewed,) This is the start of the body of your research paper. Make sure to summarize each article in paragraph form (not bulleted), specifically indicating how the authors’ conclusions oppose your point of view on the topic. Discuss the inferences the authors made in these articles to reach their conclusion. You should start to think about why you oppose their views and how this might strengthen your rough draft.

Your submission will include

· Three separate paragraphs (4-8 sentences per paragraph).

· Each paragraph will present a summary of the articles, why you selected your opposing sources, any inferences that you arrived at, etc. Follow the format for the annotated bibliography (see links below)
