2. Directions Examine the historical information, interview responses, archival materials, and any other content you have collected about your selected nonprofit organization this term. Compile a thorough review of your learnings, and write a five- to six-page final paper essay. 3.Directions Provide an examination of each stage of the employee life cycle in a PowerPoint presentation. Explain the responsibilities of human resource professionals for each stage of the life cycle. Provide a rationale for how these responsibilities support and positively impact the employee experience. You should include an overview and impact section for each stage of the life cycle as follows: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation. 4.Respond to the following in a minimum of one paragraph each: Summarize a trend or challenge that will impact organizations. Outline how you will use what you’ve learned in this course to make recommendations to the organization to navigate the trend or challenge. Explain how this trend or challenge could impact the overall employee experience. Describe how this trend or challenge might impact your career. 5.Review the seven elements of a successful social enterprise. Compare your organization to each of the seven elements and evaluate how it is like or different from a social enterprise. Be comprehensive in your evaluation as it relates to each element. Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria: Introduction and General Comparison: Provide a one-paragraph introduction of the organization and how it compares to the concept of a social enterprise. Comparison of Seven Elements: Provide a comprehensive review of the organization as it relates to all seven elements of a successful social enterprise. 6.Provide a minimum 500-word synopsis of your final project, including the name and location of the organization. Then address the following questions: Why did you initially select this organization? What is the most interesting thing you learned about the organization through your research and interview? What is your biggest takeaway from this experience learning about the organization and completing your final paper? Would you have done anything differently if given the chance? For example, would you have selected a different organization, or approached the activities and assignments in a different way?
