Refer to 7.2 Estimate Costs in the PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition, pp. 240‑247. This section lists eight tools and techniques used for estimating costs in the Project Cost Management process. See also 2.4.2.4 Planning Performance Domain – Planning Variables – Budget in the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition, pp. 62-63, and 4.6.3 Commonly Used Artifacts – Plans, p. 186.
