Detail : Imagine that your employer has asked you to train a junior member on your team about effective negotiation.
Create a 10- to 12-slide narrated presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint on negotiating from a low-power position. Your presentation must include the following:
• An explanation and examples of what power imbalance is and what creates it
• A strategy for negotiating effectively while in a low-power position
• Potential obstacles related to negotiation from a low-power position and ways to work around them
