Review the 10 hiring mistakes proposed by Taylor and Stern (2009). Using the drawing and diagram tools in PowerPoint, create a simple flowchart for the proposed hiring process for a business. Include steps pertaining to identification of need, development of job descriptions, recruiting of candidates, interview and assessment of candidates, candidate selection, onboarding, and initial training at a minimum. Then, place the numbers 1-10 on the hiring process steps within the flowchart where you believe each of the 10 mistakes proposed by Taylor and Stern (2009) are most likely to occur. Each of the numbers 1-10 must appear at least once in your flowchart.Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide.
