PART 1

PART 2

Write an assessment of the differences between ethnocentric, polycentric, regiocentric, and geocentric management orientations in light of the differences in national cultural environments and corporate cultures. In your assessment, include the following:

Define each term.
Explain the managerial philosophy for each orientation.
Provide examples of companies for each orientation.
PART 3

Conduct research on three international trade promotion organizations of your choice to use in a report that critiques their role in world trade. In your critique, explain how they can enhance market opportunities for companies around the world. Provide examples to support your thoughts.

Support your paper with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
